Kaveeta Prasad and Paul Stalder join HD Law Group

We are pleased to announce that Paul Stalder and Kaveeta Prasad have joined our firm!

A Calgarian since birth, Paul previously worked at local firm practicing corporate law, wills and estates, and real estate. Paul is now the newest member of HD Law Group’s corporate commercial practice, handling a variety of transactional matters for our clients. Even as an Associate, Paul has already advised and assisted with complex corporate reorganizations, commercial agreements, and estate plans.
