RYAN J. HAGER, BA JD
I have been practicing in Calgary in the areas of Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Commercial Leasing, Business Transactions, Business Structures and Corporate Governance, and Wills since 2003. My focus is on developing clear, understandable documents and making sure my clients are fully informed before making business or other legal planning decisions and then effectively carrying out the steps necessary to successfully complete transactions. I have also developed expertise in advising developers and home owners with respect to easements and restrictive covenants, how they impact inner-city development and what options are available to deal with them.
In negotiating agreements it is my approach to apply a principled and business oriented strategy to ensure that your business goals are achieved effectively and efficiently and to ensure that your questions get answers.
I have a great deal of experience with completing residential conveyancing, having represented clients in several thousand transactions since 2003. I will always take the time to explain the documents you are asked to sign and to review exactly how the fees and closing costs are calculated with you as well. Because I have been involved in so many transactions, it will be a rare thing if I come across a problem I haven’t already dealt with in the past.
