PAUL STALDER
Paul is an associate at HD Law Group. After receiving his Bachelor of Theology (cum laude) from Ambrose University, Paul attended law school at the University of Calgary, receiving his Juris Doctorate in 2018.
Prior to joining HD Law Group, Paul worked at a local Calgary firm where his primary areas of focus were corporate law, wills and estates, and residential real estate. Paul advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters including incorporations, commercial agreements, and employment agreements. Regarding wills and estates, Paul regularly provides his clients with practical advice to assist in creating an estate plan that “feels right” for every individual client, taking the necessary time to ensure that their wishes and intentions are properly conveyed in each of their estate documents.
Paul’s experience with civil litigation prior to joining HD Law Group provides him with a unique perspective when advising clients, with a focus on avoiding, managing, and mitigating potential risks.
When not in the office, Paul can often be found sampling Calgary’s many local breweries and distilleries. He enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with his family (dog always included).
